~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/

[3]Launch Terminal (Applications/Utilities/Terminal) and then type in the following command prompt:

ln -s /Volumes/DriveName/Backup/ ~/Library/Application\ Support/MobileSync/Backup

Note: In the path, “DriveName” is the name of the new backup location.
